Was told by another BMW shop that I had to get new front passenger seat, as it would not recline straight back. Mike and mechanics diagnosed the problem and found that I only needed to replace the cable. They did a great job, saved me big bucks and have continued to earn our service. Always get right to the point and explains in a non-demeaning manner. Lady at desk is very nice, courteous, and expedient. Any decent mechanic can fix a car problem, but not all give great customer service. Thanks guys.
